This free course helps you get started with the ATAS analytics platform in a structured, step-by-step way — suitable both for those completely new to ATAS and for those who want to better understand its capabilities.

The course starts by explaining what ATAS is, what role it plays in professional order flow and volume-based analysis, and how it helps traders gain deeper insight into market activity. From there, you're guided step by step through registration, software settings, workspace usage, and initial platform configuration.

It also covers the technical foundations needed to work with ATAS: connecting data sources, brokers, and prop firms, Top of Book data, DOM functionality, and market data feeds.

In the final section, the course introduces the ATAS software portal and the chart analysis window: core functions and menu structure, opening and customizing charts, and the basic tools of order flow and volume-based analysis.

The course consists of pre-recorded video lessons and is designed as a practical introduction to the platform before moving on to more advanced order flow concepts.

About the Instructor

Katona Benedek (Benedektrader) is the founder and instructor of Full-Time Trader Academy. He graduated from Budapest Business University with a degree in Business Administration and Management, later completed a broker training program, and is currently about halfway through the Certified European Financial Analyst program, accredited by the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies.

He has been actively involved in trading, investing, and financial markets since 2020. His teaching focuses on futures trading, market structure, auction theory, volume profile analysis, footprint charts, and an order-flow-based approach.
